Full site and architectural design was provided for a potential second location of Queen City Radio in College Hill. Located in a former auto shop on Hamilton Avenue, the large open bar has glass garage doors opening to all sides. A new fabric awning creates a covered outdoor seating area complete with surrounding landscaping, giving this prominent corner a park-like feel. The interior layout also includes a small kitchen and new restrooms. Located in a historic district, the scope included presenting plans to the historic board for zoning variances and design approval.
